Quality issues

Within Finland you may use Postal Agreement number 603056 to return products without charge. Please include your contact details and a description of what happened/describe the fault. Should damage be due to a manufacturing fault, we will replace your damaged product (same or similar product). Should the damage have occurred due to incorrect use/care of product or normal wear and tear, we will return the product only if you have specified it in your request. When posting items, please ask for proof of sending, and retain this until you have had a reply from our Customer Service.
